8. What is the maximum amount of funds for cleansing?

Large transfers are more vulnerable to volume analysis, although nothing stops you from placing multiple orders.

9. How can you prove you are in control of generated addresses?

Every order includes a deposit address generated by the service and a letter of guarantee linked to the request.

10. How does your free trial mixing work?

You can initiate trial mixing via the respective button on the main page. Follow the order page instructions carefully.

11. What happens if I send less money than required?

Amounts lower than the minimum may be treated as donations. You can contact support and provide your deposit address or order details.

12. Do you store any logs in your system?

Order data is kept only for the operational lifetime required by the system. After expiration or completion, records may be removed by the operator.

13. What is a letter of guarantee?

It is a message containing the details of our cleansing offer to you, including the input address for your coins. It serves as proof of our obligations towards you.

14. How can I make sure a letter of guarantee is genuine?

Download it from your order page and compare it with the deposit address and request details shown there.

15. How long do addresses for coin transfer remain valid?

They remain valid for the period configured by the service timer and shown on the order page.

16. Why can't I choose the percentage breakdown for funds between my output addresses?

You can provide one or two forwarding addresses. The engine stores the selected distribution in the request.

17. My browser crashed before I could get a confirmation on my transfer!

No worries; this event does not disrupt anything. You can monitor confirmations using any block explorer. Use the input address from your letter of guarantee.
